Hello, we are the Lemurians and what a beautiful day to connect with you all!

When you experience an emotional trigger, it is a invitation for growth, as uncomfortable as it may be. We encourage you to breathe into the emotions that are coming up for you. Feel them as you breathe.

And then move your body in some way, whether it be going for a walk, a run, dancing it out, or some other type of movement of your choosing. This helps with moving the emotions through you.
You may even want to add in vocals of some sort, as you move, such as grunts or yells or high-pitched screams if you feel guided to do so. Any type of vocal expression can help with moving the emotions.

And if your nervous system has become activated by the trigger, you may want to take some time to put your hands on your chest, breathe, and chant “Om” a few times to come back to your center.
