Of course, you can be supported by doctors or other health care practitioners on your journey, but it is important for you to stand in your power and make a choice about whether or not the practitioner’s recommendations would serve you.

If what they say does not sit well with you, then I encourage you to reach out to another doctor or practitioner to hear what they have to say. And feel into your body which doctor’s plan is most aligned with you. Please trust yourself, and speak up when something does not feel right.
