What can you do to bring yourself into the high vibration of joy? Is it perhaps a beloved pet that you play with? Or catching up with a friend? Doing some type of artwork? Reading a few pages of your favorite book?
It may vary each day, depending on what your soul most desires to experience. But the important thing is to consciously set aside the time to be in your bliss. This will not only energize you for the rest of your day, but will bring you into a higher sense of beingness over time, as you raise your vibration daily.
