We would like to share that the alignment in the solar system is creating ripe conditions for a big release of karmic patterns, in particular, but also letting go of patterns of perfectionism, resistance to taking care of your body, resistance to relaxing, taking a breather, resistance to allowing yourself to s-l-o-w down.
So as we enter this Full Moon energy, what specifically would you like to release? And this can take the form of saying, “I am releasing ___” and then putting in that one thing that you would like to release. It waters it down when you add multiple things, so we encourage you to add one thing.

And we would like to support you in this time of release, just open yourselves up to receive our support if you would like to receive it. We are weaving in an energetic transmission. For those who would like to receive it, it is a transmission of compassion and unconditional love, which will be very supportive of you in releasing whatever it is you desire to release.
