Message from the Sirians—Tips for Releasing Mind Chatter

Greetings, we are the Sirians from the 9th Dimension and we are so happy to connect with you all today.
Mind chatter can be quite disruptive in your daily lives and we would like to offer some tips to assist you with reducing it so that you can live more in the present moment.
Our first tip is to write down everything on your mind, either after you wake up in the morning, or at night before you go to bed. This will help you to let go of all the to-do-lists in your mind or any worrisome thoughts that have kept looping in your mind.
Our second tip is to move your body in your favorite way to release excess energy, and help you come back to center. It doesn’t even have to be very long, like a dance to one song or a ten-minute walk.
And our third tip is to take five minutes to breathe in, to a count of four, and breathe out even slower. The breathing will help to clear your mind.
