We encourage you all to continue your self-care practices, taking the time to check in with what your body needs, and following through with what your body asks of you. Allowing yourself the space to nurture yourselves will go very far in supporting the expansion of your capacity to hold more light, and will create more ease in the integration of all the higher-dimensional energies that have been and will continue to flow into your bodies.
